Home from Iraq, two Marines work to help bereaved families.
In Iraq, Marine mortuary-affairs specialists Benjamin Lichtenwalner and Ryan Sawyer became intimately familiar with death. Back home, the pair put their battlefield training to work to launch Biotrauma. The crime-scene cleanup company, based in Gainesville, Ga., takes on the messy task of repairing the damage -- physical and emotional -- that follows a violent death.
