Allred took on the case of Lorenzana, a former employee at Citibank who claimed she was told by bosses that she was too attractive and dressed "too sexy," thereby preventing them from focusing on their work. In a statement, Allred said "Debrahlee Lorenzana has been unfairly and viciously attacked in the media for having the courage to step forward and take a stand against blatant sex discrimination..."
