The Spark is Chevrolet's new minicar. Even smaller than the Sonic subcompact, it will face off against the likes of the Fiat 500. With an 85 horsepower engine and a five-speed manual transmission as standard equipment the Spark will have "competitive" fuel economy in its segment, GM says.
