The Salesforce CEO wasn't on this list two years ago, when he took a nominal $10 in compensation. In 2010, after the company's stock rose 80%, Benioff was paid a bit better.

Benioff made $900,000 in salary and also collected a $900,000 in a bonus, in addition to the $19 million he was granted in stock options.
