When the actress and mother of two had trouble finding affordable, all-natural baby products, she co-founded Honest.com. The monthly subscription service offers customizable bundles of eco-friendly, toxin-free baby essentials, from plant-based disposable diapers to shampoo and laundry detergent. Earlier this month, the company raised $27 million in funding from venture capital firms like General Catalyst Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
