Do you regularly work more than 40 hours a week without overtime?

If you're a salary employee earning at least $455 a week (about $23,660 a year), the current overtime rules may not apply if you work in one of the following job roles: executive, administrative, professional and outside sales employees, and even certain computer and "creative professional" jobs.

But in some cases, employers can abuse these exemptions. President Obama plans to ask the Labor Department to change some of those rules on Thursday.
