Mike Huckabee got an early start in the media business. According to his life story in his book "Character Is The Issue," his first job was at the local radio station in his hometown of Hope, Arkansas where he read news on air.
Later, Huckabee attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary but didn't graduate. He went on to became a pastor at a Baptist church.
