(FORTUNE Magazine) – Israeli and Soviet film producers have signed an agreement to co-produce a comedy-spy thriller to be shot in both countries. The partnership of Israel's Golan-Globus film company and the Soviet state- run Mosfilm was arranged when Menachem Golan visited the Moscow film festival recently, a Golan executive, Yitzhak Kol, said . . . The planned film . . . tells the story of a non-Jew from the Soviet republic of Georgia who goes to Israel and is arrested as a suspected KGB agent. Mr. Kol said: ''There will be one version in Russian and another in English. It may be that each will be slanted to its own market.''
