May 15 Deadline for senior citizens to register for the new Medicare prescription-drug benefits. Millions of seniors risk paying higher premiums if they don't pick a plan before the deadline.

May 17 Yahoo watchers gather for the company's Analyst Day. Expect questions about a rumored partnership with eBay.
