Three bios that mean business Books about business personalities are all the rage this fall. These three are worth a look. "Andrew Carnegie" by David Nasaw (Penguin, Oct. 24) Born in 1835 in the Scottish hinterlands, diminutive (4-foot-11) tycoon Andrew Carnegie built an astonishing fortune - and was determined to give away every last penny. Nasaw delivers a vivid history of 19th-century capitalism. "The Life and Times of an American" by Richard S.
