Although Glencore's IPO was the largest so far this year, the stock ultimately didn’t garner as high of a price as many analysts expected. Glencore is a producer and trader of bulk commodities. The company claims it controls much of the traffic of some of the world's most precious raw materials -- it says it’s one of the world's largest suppliers of sugar, exporters of grain, and non-integrated suppliers of oil. As of the end of 2010, the company said it had over $79 billion worth of assets. --S.D. Subscribe to Fortune Magazine Is Glencore International a great company, or what?
