(NYSE: MBLY), the global leader in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and autonomous driving technologies, today announced that it intends to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at approximately 7:00 a.m. EST.

In conjunction with the release, Mobileye will host a conference call at 8:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 to review the company's financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2015.  A live webcast of this conference call will be available on the investor relations portion of the company's website at ir.mobileye.com, and a replay of the webcast will be archived on the website for 90 days.
