He's been running the family business for only two years, but François-Henri Pinault is putting his stamp on the fashion and retail conglomerate PPR with this summer's acquisition of sporting goods giant Puma. Founded by his father, François Pinault, PPR joined the luxury game in 1999 by wrestling Gucci away from LVMH. Designer brands now make up 20% of the company's sales, which, at $22.5 billion last year, exceeded Apple's and Nike's. PPR isn't the only part of the family that's growing: Pinault is expecting a child with fiancée Salma Hayek.
