Ritz-Carlton is a premium name brand itself, yet it chooses to partner with other brands to raise its recognition level even more. A resident at Bachelor Gulch can get spa treatment from Prada, play golf on a Greg Norman-designed course and will soon be able to eat dinner at Spago, right on the premises.
The resort is a combination of hotel, fractional ownership and condo development. A total of 73 residences will be offered for ownership. The condo owners have many of the Ritz-Carlton hotel services, such as concierge, housekeeping and valet, available to them.
The latest branding wrinkle to hit Bachelor Gulch will be Spago, a Colorado offshoot of the famed Los Angeles eatery created by celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck. It is scheduled to launch in the fall of 2007.
Prices: Studios start at around $720,000. Two bedrooms are about $3 million.
