The Ford Expedition is a direct competitor to full-size SUVs like the Chevrolet Tahoe. The Tahoe gets 2 mpg better fuel economy.
In vehicles that drink fuel like these do, that would enough to save almost $550 dollars a year in gas at today's prices.
The Expedition does offer power-folding third-row seats that actually go down flush with the floor, unlike the Tahoe's annoying removable seats. But, with today's emphasis on fuel costs, flat-folding seats just aren't enough to keep shoppers happy.
