Since filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy two years ago, Winn-Dixie, a Southern chain of grocery stores, has served up an impressive turnaround. In the last quarter, Winn-Dixie has improved its margins and completed a slew of store remodels, in addition to expanding its private label program - a boon for big grocers. Despite its recent increase in price, the stock is still seen as undervalued by analysts.
