While the Warren, N.J. based casualty insurer cut its profits outlook and posted negative earnings last quarter, Chubb is still perceived as a strong, high-dividend-yielding stock. Chubb - which has publicly opposed the inclusion of insurers in the TARP bailout - may benefit from the downfall of AIG, its competitor.
