Robert Moehling has grown exotic produce in Florida City, Fla., for more than 40 years. He recently started selling red dragon fruit, a product of night-blooming cacti. Rich in antioxidants, its flesh feels like watermelon and tastes like a mix of kiwi, raspberries, and strawberries. Alas, the dragon fruit is only in season from the end of May until around November, but you can snag a Valentine's Day gift certificate.
