Ease of use: Easy to operate, with touchscreen interface. But the unit kept forcing us to reformat, so we lost video. Samsung says it was an anomaly.
Video quality: Samsung's only HD offering is just 720 lines - and can't compete with our top performers. Leak complained of "lots of grain." Images were not as sharp.
The big picture: Even if we could get past the picture quality, the issues with reformatting were impossible to ignore. Samsung does have a 1,080 model coming in early summer.
