Kathleen Murphy has said that being a female executive is a natural way to inspire other women, and she's certainly done that in the male-dominated field of finance.
Murphy heads the personal investing arm of the world's largest mutual fund group, and before joining Fidelity earlier this year, she was in charge of wealth management at ING. It's proof, she says, that men and women can be on equal footing in the financial world.
