Bonnie Hammer oversees the Syfy channel and NBC Universal's incubator for developing original programs for the cable networks. But Hammer's crown jewel is USA Network, which has scored with original hit shows such as "Monk" and "Burn Notice." Under Hammer's direction, USA became NBC Universal's most profitable asset and, in the first quarter of 2009, delivered the best ratings in cable history.
