After looking for a full-time position as a marketing manager for over a year, Kelly Kinney, 29, decided to take her search a step further by putting her resume on the front of her shirt and a cover letter on the back and hit the streets. In bold face letters it says "I NEED A JOB!" above her credentials.

Kinney says she's gone on a few interviews and is hopeful to have an offer by the end of the week.

Outcome: promising
