For every interview in marketing and business development that KyNam Doan gets, he volunteers five hours to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area plus one hour to the San Francisco Food Bank. So far Doan, 25, has logged 93 hours of community service and received nine unsolicited interview offers to date, but no offer yet.
