This highly theatrical ride, based on The Mummy film franchise, has more features than most of Premier's rides - which is why it took nearly four years to design and build. As the train lurches through dark, smoky tunnels, passengers are greeted with booming voiceovers and eight-foot animatronics-powered mummies. They're then plunged into a two-minute, high-speed ride.
"This represents a culmination of many ideas and technologies developed on other attractions," says Seay, who is particularly proud of the high-quality audio system on board each train, which broadcasts a dramatic medley of music and sound effects.
