Former executive director of the Energy Task Force
George W. Bush dubbed Lundquist "Light Bulb" when he worked as the Bush campaign's energy expert. After leaving the White House in 2002, he founded the lobbying firm BlueWater Strategies, which works with utilities, petroleum corporations, defense firms, and mining companies. He sits on the boards of oil and gas company Pioneer Natural Resources as well as silver producer Coeur d'Alene Mines.
