Sales have slowed a little in my home-based business recently, but when I've got a few extra bucks I usually spend it on my kids. We do a lot of things at home, but we like getting out of the house now and then. We just have to be more creative.
We used to go out to dinner and the movies a lot but with four of us that was over $100. Recently we had a coupon for buy one dinner, get one free. That worked out great for us.

Then we went by a costume shop and acted like total idiots. Even though we are cutting back, we still have fun together. We spent maybe $20 on dinner and the four of us had a blast all night.
