"Right now, Southern California has more mega-mansions on the market than it has ever had in its history," he said. "He could call the shots." His first choice: The Beverly Park nabe in Beverly Hills.
Home sizes at that gated and private community start at about 22,000 square feet. It has been filled with big names -- Sylvester Stallone, Summer Redstone and Magic Johnson included.
Another option would be to live out at Malibu in a beach house and keep a place in town to be near the arena. Filice suggested a $30 million penthouse at the W Hotel on the iconic corner of Hollywood and Vine.
It's 30,000 square feet and would be a "build-to-suit project," said Filice. He could put in anything he wanted, even a, choke, basketball court.
