LeBron's current humble home is 30,000 square feet with every conceivable amenity just a few miles from his boyhood hometown of Akron.
"It's probably the best house in the area," said Dolinsky. "In Cleveland, LeBron is the leading celebrity."
There's not much chance he would need to upgrade if he decides to stay on with the Cavaliers. But if he did want to trade up, palatial estates are a lot more affordable there.
The most expensive home sold in Cleveland last year was just $2.5 million, according to Dolinsky. The posh suburbs are not much more pricy."We sold a 20,000-square-foot house near Bath this year for $3.5 million," he said.
