Mercedes Gullwing cars have been increasing in value over the last few years. In part, that's just because prices for most exotic collectibles have been rising, said Craig Jackson. Also, it may be that the introduction of a new Mercedes Gullwing, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, has had an impact. New versions of classic icons tend to drive up prices of the originals.
