Making money lessons fun for kids
Who knew learning how to manage your money could be fun?

BancVue, which aims to help small community banks and credit unions compete with megabanks and gain market share, is launching a new financial education game for kids called MoneyIsland.

To make it through each level, players must listen to financial gurus and then answer basic questions about the lessons. Teachers and parents can track progress.

MoneyIsland targets kids 8 to 14 years. Currently, 1,300 financial institutions feature the product on their site and offer the free online service to school districts across the country.
