As Paris celebrated the 100th anniversary of its first air show, Sukhoi showed off its new Superjet 100: a single-aisle, regional, twin-engine jet seating about 100 passengers.

This joint venture between Sukhoi and Italy's largest aerospace company made its first passenger flight about two years later.
