The 71-acre Sun Valley, Idaho, estate of former Lehman Brothers CEO Dick Fuld is set to be auctioned on Aug. 19. The property which has 11 bedrooms, includes three separate residential buildings: the main home, a guest home, and a gate home. There are nine original lots where new buildings can be built and the estate has 2,100 feet of riverside property. The estate is estimated to sell for $30 to $50 million.
The picture above isn't of the main residence -- it's the guest home. It's got three bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. The home also has a wraparound porch, a sauna and a detached two-car garage.
