(MONEY Magazine) – The Third Avenue Real Estate Value fund is no longer on the list because it closed to new investors. In its place you'll find SSgA Emerging Markets, a fund that invests in a broad spectrum of large-cap foreign stocks. Recently, manager Brad Aham has favored companies in Korea, Indonesia and Brazil. Like a real estate fund, SSgA can add diversity to a portfolio because its returns don't track U.S. markets.
