On and about town
For businesses that cater to higher-income clientele, it's not unusual for the company or club to have a process for tipping in place. So you shouldn't be surprised if you receive a vendor's card before the holidays telling you how much they've enjoyed serving you, or a notice of how best to tip. If there's no obvious way of giving a tip, you should ask the service provider, or a representative of the company.
