Profits fell 42%, to $1.2 billion, and revenue fell 3%, to $28.1 billion. But Godbehere, who joined the company in 1996, managed to strengthen one of the world's largest reinsurance companies by overseeing the acquisition of General Electric Insurance Solutions.
