The longtime head of HP's technology-solutions group in Asia is the company's go-to person in the region. She oversees 16,000 employees across the continent and is responsible for generating about 15% of HP's revenues ($86.7 billion last year). Lien, 56, who is also a director of Singapore's port, is expected to retire at the end of the year.
