2005 rank: 32 Israel Israel's largest bank put up exemplary results again last year: record net profits of $464 million, with assets growing to $63 billion. But Maor, 63, will have to sweat to repeat that kind of performance next year. She'll play a leading role in the government's effort to help small businesses and farms in Israel's war-torn north from defaulting on loans and undermining Leumi's balance sheet.
