Last year Dalibard, 47, was asked to head Orange Business Services, the $10 billion unit of France T�l�com formed after the purchase of mobile-phone operator Orange. Now she's working to integrate another acquisition, Diwan Group, a network-security provider. When the restructuring is completed, Dalibard aims to have one million customers.
