NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Interest rates for credit cards were stagnant for the week ended April 27, with the average annual percent rate, or APR, for platinum cards holding at 11.06 percent, unchanged from last week.

Interest rates on platinum credit cards ranged from a low of 4.00 percent to a high of 23.99 percent, according to Informa Research Services.
Introductory purchase rates stayed at 2.75 percent, also unchanged from last week. These starter rates ranged from zero percent to 9.90 percent.
And interest rates for incentive-based credit cards, or reward cards, held steady at 12.07 percent, unchanged from the previous week, with rates spanning from 6.45 percent to 16.90 percent.
