Midsize SUV - Toyota Highlander
With last year's redesign, Toyota boosted the size of the Highlander, making room for a genuinely usable third row.
The new version also has a removable center seat in the second row. In the old Highlander, rear-impact whiplash protection was the only weak spot, but that's now been improved.
