Declining oil prices have benefited the Miami small cap (its market value floats just below one billion), which sells fuel products to aircraft, ships and other vehicles. World Fuel Services reported on Nov. 6 that profits had risen 171%, to $14.8 million, since last year - a record-breaking quarter for the company, which closed on Nov. 14 at $31.65.
