Inside the bonbon factory

A journey to a North Carolina bonbon factory that lives inside a converted diner.

Husband and wife Pascal Siegler and Charlene Dupray, owners of South'n France, have spent years successfully blending elements of their respective cultures - Pascal from France and Charlene from Wilmington, N.C. - into one delicious treat. The couple specializes in handmade bonbons, with a choice of six different flavors. They work and live in this old diner.
