Much of the profits go to helping the river people learn more about the environment. Lining the walls of the schoolhouse in a local community called Mutirão, posters of fruits and information about how they are grown are prominently displayed.

Just outside, the community's greenhouse is full of saplings to plant in areas that have been burned for soy and cattle - commodities that devastate the natural plants and wildlife.
