The Ciel, French for "sky," seats four in a body slightly longer than a Chevrolet Tahoe. It rides on massive 22-inch wheels.

The Ciel is supposed to be a hybrid car with a twin-turbocharged 425-horsepower V6 engine, GM says. The automaker provided no information on the car's proposed fuel economy.
