I had planned on just becoming a produce manager. But I became a manager in charge at the Roseville store when it opened, then became assistant store director, then store director. I went further than I originally thought I would go.
They've given me the confidence to get to places I didn't think I was capable of. For me to be in charge of a whole store -- a few years ago I thought there was no way I could do that. It's really helped me, not only here in this job but in my whole life in general.
