(MONEY Magazine) – In a generally downbeat month, foreign-stock and domestic bond funds were the only MONEY 65 categories in which most entries made money. Small-cap funds suffered the most serious drops, including Neuberger Berman Fasciano and T. Rowe Price New Horizons, both off more than 6%. Morningstar's Small-Cap Index, down 12% over the past three months, now trails the Large-Cap Index year to date.
