Particularly dangerous missions might call for seriously protective clothing. Miguel Caballero's bulletproof trench coats, motorcycle jackets, corduroy blazers and casual t-shirts look like regular clothing and are lighter and less cumbersome than bulletproof vests made using Kevlar.

Caballero's clothes, which start at $2,000, have been purchased by executives, political leaders, undercover agents and other VIPs. In January he added a women's line featuring suede and leather jackets.
