Wal-Mart's 'dumb' year
The world's largest retailer took a beating in 2006 over efforts to clean up its image. From hiring civil rights activist Andrew Young to orchestrating what seemed like a folksy, independent blog called 'Wal-Marting Across America,' the company stumbled badly. What do you think of its attempts to put a smiley face on its tarnished image?
