Ease of use: The only dual boiler we tested, it certainly saved time. And it had a nice swiveling steam wand. But the water tank is difficult to set in place.
Taster's choice: Taste wasn't bad, but texture was on the thin side. Missing: that hint of syrupy consistency.
Ease of cleaning: Because this is a large machine, there's more to wipe down.
The final buzz: Not only did the taste not match up to other models, the machine was also more expensive and considerably bulkier.
