Fast and high: First 'Vette ZR1 sells for $1 million

Results from Barrett-Jackson's collector car auction include the first new Dodge Challenger, the first new Shelby GT500 KR and a giant car-eating robot dinosaur.

General Lee
Sold for: $450,000

This 1969 Dodge Charger was used in the production of the show the Dukes of Hazzard and was owned by John Schneider who played Bo Duke on the show

Schneider had tried to sell the car on eBayMotors.com last spring. The first auction resulted in a "winning" bid of nearly $10 million that ultimately turned out to be fake. A second attempt to auction the car a few weeks later resulted in no sale.

The car has been heavily modified by Schneider and is now power by a 725-horsepower Hemi engine and has a top speed of over 200 miles per hour, according to Schneider.
